Our innovative Sell-by-Design program gives you 3D color renderings and architectural plans of your home that demonstrate our recommended renovations, each with an actual dollar amount for the cost of the improvement. Your house then gets listed at two prices: one is the lower price for a buyer who wants a fixer-upper and the second is the higher price that reflects the value of the house if the renovations are done. If a buyer purchases the property for the higher amount, they get the house with the renovations included. We do all the work, not you.
